Nvidia just released new driver does anyone know if its ok ?

    Hi,
I am with MSI GTX970 Nvidia card, as I am rebuilding PC from win7 64bit to win10 64 bit (new SSD) I should get a win 10 64bit driver.
Nvidia official site has new driver a few days old 516.59 when searching on GTX970.
My rule is often the latest driver can see one as being a guinea pig for it, I dont see previous drivers offered.

Does CoD run with GTX970 and is this new driver ok ?

    Cheers

I use driver 456.71 for my MSI GTX 970 since 2020 and I'm happy with the performance. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/165686/

    Hi ,
    many thanks.
i have downloaded both drivers, As one has to go forward with driver versions normally I will try with Bonditaria driver first.

I dont want to pull out the card, saves on fiddling with the cables that run to it, my policy being if it works dont meddle with it !

so not sure if windows will see it and apply its own choice., then I will update driver, or backdate it, accordingly.

test fly then I could try 1lokos if problems.

One thing I am keen to solve is shearing of panning videos on my Eizo screen, lamposts and verticals break up ad if sliced left-right then come together when pan ends.

If a driver solves this then thats my choice as well.

I need to sort out the dark shadows in cockpit of v5 but its not a card thing as they were fine on prior versions of CoD., as was the electric blue aura on glazing reflections, first seen in v5 and the darker colours and general everything. drivers shouldnt make a difference but open to experience on this from folk.

    Cheers

    Merlin
