I guess a 20mm will soon stop that little serenade plus make your ears ring haha!

    Damn it.
Patch update just before the event
Since I am on beta as well, to me even the smallest update is a full re-install…
With my antediluvian Internet connection it will take around 24 hours to complete.
So sorry I could not join the event.

    Hartelijk dank, Mr. Bondi!

Thanks also to our 'adult supervision' (tho' you looked a little silly, with your feet hanging down *grin*).

I should have zoomed in to see your number then; tried (and failed) later. Your company was very welcome.

Thank you OBT~Polak & other organisers - best fun I've had in weeks!

    ~S!
What did you do in the war, daddy? How did you help us to win?

Circuits 'n' bumps 'n' turns, laddie, and how to come out of a spin..

    Most welcome.

It was a good run apart from a few minor details!

So there I was.......sitting in a hangar at Ford in my trusty Spitfire, warming up! It was precisely one minute into the Event and I was looking forward to the 'cut n thrust' of the evening!

'Now we'll show 'em!' I thought to myself, as I listened to air raid sirens going off! No need to worry...that was over at poor old Tangmere........... getting plastered again! Good job I didn't spawn over there!

Suddenly, without any warning (a typical Blue trick!) the hangar erupted into....very impressive.....total destruction graphics and I was just reflecting how TFS just can't be beaten on Damage Modelling........ when my bl**dy screen went BLACK! Yes ! Black! At ONE MINUTE into the Event! For crying out loud! Oh the humanity!

'That Bl**dy Noofy!' I screamed! 'He's only gorn n' done it again!'

And another round of expletives swiftly followed............ before I realised that Snapper was on my comms channel!

But now..... to our complete surprise....... we realise that, in fact, Noofy was NOT the culprit and remains, at least on this occasion...pure as the driven snow! Yes. I know! One can scarcely believe it! Noofy: as innocent as a new born babe!

No doubt he was quiet as a mouse...... tucked up in bed, getting an early night....... and reading his rather tired and tattered copy of........ 'Ju 88: How to Give the Reds Hell' by Oberleutnant B.I.G Crater

Apologies to Noofy! () and we all hope you get up and running in time for Sunday's Flying Tin Cans 'Blitzkrieg' Event.........but the question remains...if it wasn't Noofy......who the hell was it? (Did anybody mention Bondi? )

Salute all. See you on Sunday!

Bondi was busy, leading the innocent astray.

    (Did I really say innocent..?)

    (Wanna buy a bridge..?)
