Good video but right at the end he makes it clear that his rig is 2D not VR. Unfortunately VR is way more demanding. I have what is now a 3-year old AMD 5950X paired with a RTX3090 and I can run pretty much any mission at over 100fps at 2D 4K full visual fidelity even though my 4K monitor is only 60Hz. So players on a budget can get great 2D results on last gen hardware at last gen prices. VR is tricksier.
There is now a huge amount of headroom. What this means to me is that the game can now deliver so much more... but most missions that I've seen were developed on much older hardware with the limitations of the time. Ahhh, an opportunity.
