Finally, the Wellington

At last, I reach the Wellington on my A-Z quest to understand what the variants are in game so I can make my app.

I understand the Ia, Ic and torpedo variants along with their trop versions. But, to come somewhat ironically full circle considering my first thread on these things, what is the 'Late' element of the Ic? Everything I can find so far online talks of the marks and their Type numbers for each variant, but no indication of a later version of the Ic that i can make out?

Is it perhaps the MkII?
