Trying to submit a message to the mods but

I’m trying to change my name from EF5 tomado (inside joke) to savagebeest to match my username in the il2 forum. I attempted to submit a message here to the mods but I get this message so I’m thinking my message isn’t being delivered. Can someone have a look at the screenshot and tell me what this means? Did it work? Thanks for all in advance.
