"Invisible" maps in FMB

Suddenly and for no apparent reason all maps in FMB became "invisible" up to a certain magnification. Attached you can find e.g. map of Tobruk as loaded and just at minimum magnification to get it visible. I checked in Steam files integrity getting 6 files corrupted and then reloaded (Steam message at the end of check wrote "... files will be downloaded again", and then nothing - so I gave for granted they were also restored...).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Don't worry, that's just a setting in the FMB's menu that you accidentally turned off. Unfortunately I'm far from my PC and cannot tell you where it is and what it's named.

It switches the 'painted/printed' navigational map on and off.

Maybe someone else knows offhand.

In the FMB, try under VIEW-LANDSCAPE OPTIONS - LANDSCAPE. Make sure the box is ticked.
