Try sandwiching the glass using Marine-ply or such ,can't give you figures but just need to spread the force where it clamps,I could be done quite tastefully using a nice grained wood or such.

I'm interested in the "Turbox" keypad you are using. Is that just a numerical keypad? If so, does it interfere with the number keys on your keyboard?

Could any keypad do just as well? I Googled yours, but can't find it.

The problem with that, is that a center mounted stick "Hotas" need to be offset to the left to be calibrated right, unless of course you twisted your wrist. All the stick that I know are straight and need some serious tweeking. But yeah if you don't spend day's like me playing your wrist should be fine lol

In my opinion you have made yourself a splendid cockpit, I haven't really build myself a pit either, just put a bunch of flight sim hardware on a very limited space. I love your setup. I have changed between yoke and stick several times. But came to the conclusion I miss the yoke most
