BO-105 PAH-1 update
http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?...&postcount=177
Here's another small update on the Frontpanel. I thought I could finish it last week but I had a lot of work in my company
http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?...&postcount=207
Things going a well so far. I'm still busy getting additional photos on the BO-105 since the guys from Roth doesn't allow me to shoot/ record sounds for privat use ().
State of work:
Modelling to Does:
- Rotorbrake
- Board landing Light
- Door grips
Integration:
- The Internal and external model is integrated in DCS World and flyable (with Black Shark Dll's). Thanks to my Squadronmate: JaBoG32_Butcher
Sounds:
- Diveplane did an outstanding job on the sound files and I can just recommend this guy. He knows what he's doing. The sounds are (in my opinion) more than realistic. I've heard a lot sound of the BO-105 sounds but these are so close to the realisic that i was leaning back, closed my eyes and I had the feeling that I was sitting on the pilot's seat . Thanks Diveplane for your outstanding job.
Next:
- i'm moving on texturing the Centerpanel. In the last few days I was counting gauges jumping over fences when I was lying in my bed . That's why I moved on texturing the weapons-terminal which is 90 % done.
Check the screens of my current state of work. Thanks for your patience

Christmas Update 20.12.2013
Centerpanel nearing completion. Just the "UHF" left. Screenshots featuring the IFF (STR-2000), VHF/FM and the Doppler-Panel. Sorry for the creeping state of work but I have only time in the evening
Aries Wings Consulting an me had a discussion on how to solve the IFF-Code stuff for 100% usage of the IFF-Transponser. An Idea was to develope an IFF-Code Generator for RED and Blue.
In the holidays I decided to start texturing the exterior model...screens will follow
I wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year

Centerpanel update.
Centerpanel is finished and features the UHF-Panel.
On a closer look I recognize that I missed modeling the Ventilation panel. Besides, the floor texture have to be adjusted . Shame on me.

Update 02.04.2014
First on. If you were wondering for the lack of updates. I'm still busy doing the stuff for Coretex (for the guys who ran out of patience, check the coretex threat !!). When this is done, the
BO-105 development will continue in a regular state. Further on - I'm still waiting for additional cockpit-photos which are expected this summer from
a guy who have good contacts, since the german army didn't allow me to take photos of a helicopter which is almost in the museum.
Last weekend I had time to texture the roof and the window-frames. I also baked some AO's for a more realistic effect.
Modeling ToDo's (INTERIOR MODEL)
- Rotorbrake
- 2 Cable holders
- Pilot/Co-Pilot
- Door grips
Modeling ToDo's (EXTERIOR MODEL)
-> Cockpit for the exterior model will be applied as soon as the Interior Model is done. <-
Texturing (INTERIOR MODEL)
80 % done
Texturing (EXTERIOR MODEL)
not done yet, but the unwrapping is already done
Thanks for the patience !

Small Update 17.04.2014
some screens of the current state of work. Today I remodeled the circuit breaker panel of the front console (screens below).
I also applied AO's to some objects... since the mental ray texture baking brought out some results which I don't understand (as usual ), I switched to Vray and/or Scanline Light-Tracer which showed
much more better results. Thanks again for your patience

Update #3 of the Bo-105 by Oliver
http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?...34&postcount=1
Dear fellow Simmers,
Here we go for the next update.
First, we want to show you soem nice rendering from Sven, our lead 3d-Artist.
DEVELOPMENT:
Medusa System:
The coding of our Medusa System comes along very good. TOWSIM told me that also the Autorotation will be calculated automatically, based on the Helicopter you configure in the mask. It will work like in real. He currently applies the configurable Engine to the Code.
Soon, the coding will start. We just need to add some code to the Gazelle, based on the pilot's imput .
Modeling:
Internal and external Model has been textured. Some little tweaking here and there is left, but not worth the saying
Dummy helpers has also been set on the moveable parts.
Pilot will be started, as soon as the Gazelle Pilot is finished.
Airbus Helicopters Clearance:
No answer so far, but we're on it
thanks all for your patience.
