could not restart engine in wind

In the mission where Blue must close coast airfields, a 4 m/s wind was blowing and I found myself taxiing very fast even with throttle shut and using brakes would not stop the aircraft so I turned off the fuel and managed to stop it but the prop kept turning because of the wind. When my wingman was ready I turned the fuel back on but the engine would not restart. I carefully checked all was ok but it looks like you cannot start the engine while the prop is turning. I think you can start while flying so maybe it is because the prop rotates a lot slower in the wind.

Re: could not restart engine in wind

    Hi Roblex,

thank you for reporting this bug! To faciliate and organize bug reports, we have established a bugtracker here at http://tfbt.nuvturais.de.

It could be possible that there is a connection to bug #502. Could you check? There's a thread by the submitter of bug 502 (http://theairtacticalassaultgroup.co...ead.php?t=9456), too.

And please, if you haven't done so already, do read the guidelines here: http://tfbt.nuvturais.de/projects/il2clodtf/boards/4.

    Thank you very much,
    Artist
